I'm a cellist amateur, not a professional. However, I purchased an Arcus Sinfonia cello bow.

For several weeks I tried many different Arcus cello bows - including the more expensive ones: because of troubles with my shoulder I needed something more suitable than wooden bows.

Finally I can play again for hours - without any problems. Surprisingly, it turned out that the Arcus bow was not only lighter and longer than my wooden bows, but also offers an improved elasticity. Consequently my bow technique has improved significantly. The ease of playing of the right hand also has a very positive effect on my left hand, because it was no longer distracted by focusing on the right hand.

The purchase of this bow turned out to me as a great piece of luck.
